LRG/SHAD

During my time with DJ Shadow I had the opportunity of spearheading a LRG/DJ Shadow creative collaboration. Over the course of about a year and a half we came together to produce tour merchandise for DJ Shadow’s “Outsider” tour, as well as high-end pieces for retail and on-line sales. Also during this time we did a press campaign with ads appearing in many major music and men’s interest magazines.

DJ Shadow has teamed up with LRG to bring you this rare LRG/Shadow collaborative t-shirt. This black short sleeve tee is made of 100% Cotton and is stamped with the LRG imprint inside the collar. Sizes run Men’s S-XXL. The “Outsider” graphic is printed oversized front and center. On the back you will find a small LRG/DJ Shadow logo. T-shirt also comes in white and gray. This tee is very limited and won’t be around forever… so get one before they are gone.

Leading instrumental hip-hop artist DJ Shadow has teamed up with LRG for the first of a series of collaborative jackets. The inaugural release features a white down jacket, the inside lining is brightly lit with a collage of DJ Shadow album covers. Further embroidery can be seen linking all the brands together.

DJ Shadow and LRG originally set off their partnership back in February with their combined efforts on a down jacket. The second installment of their collaboration features this New Era 59FIFTY fitted cap. The white cap includes an LRG all over tree print with DJ Shadow’s lightning logo on the front. The inner silk lining includes all of Shadow’s impressive album catalog from over the years.

The concluding piece to the DJ Shadow and LRG three part collaboration is seen here. Originally unveiled over a series of DJ Shadow performances in the last few months, this windbreaker joins a previous New Era 59FIFTY and Down Jacket released in previous months. “The Collaboration Windbreaker” is marked by a series of intricate details similar to the previous products with both entities’ logos seen on the chest, DJ Shadow’s cover art printed within the hood and printed sleeve.
